What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
Your account email, the domains and questions you choose to track, and the answers the engines return for them. If you send us a brief, we keep the name, email, phone number, and message you provide. We also record basic usage analytics: page views, referring site, and country.
Why we collect it
To run the checks you asked for, show you the results, reply to you, and understand which parts of our own site are useful. We contact you about your own account and project, and nothing else.
Analytics and cookies
We record aggregate usage figures only: page views, referring site, and country. These are counted without cookies and without following you across other websites. We set no advertising or profiling cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner here.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your tracked questions or results to train AI models.
Service providers
We use a small number of vetted providers to host the service, store data, and send email. Each is bound by contract, receives only what it needs to perform its function, and may not use your data for its own purposes. We will name them to any customer who asks.
How long we keep it
Account and result data is kept while your account is open and for 30 days after closure, after which it is deleted. Briefs sent through the site are kept for two years so we can follow up on enquiries.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the people who need it to operate the service, and every account's data is isolated at the database level.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@rankedly.co and we will action the request within 30 days.
