These terms govern your use of Ranked. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them.
The service
Ranked measures your visibility across search engines and AI answer engines, covering SEO, AEO, and GEO. Data reflects what those engines returned at the time of each check. Engine results change constantly and are outside our control, so we do not guarantee particular rankings, citations, or commercial outcomes.
Your account
You are responsible for the domains you add and for having the right to track them, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not use Ranked to impersonate a brand you do not represent, or to track a competitor's private systems.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance, or quarterly where offered. The Monitor plan has no minimum term: you may cancel it at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. The Optimize and Managed plans have a minimum term of 3 months; after that you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods. Prices may change with 30 days' notice, and any change takes effect at your next renewal.
Fair use
Each plan includes a set number of domains, tracked questions, and engines. These limits exist because every check costs us money to run. If you need more, contact us and we will quote it rather than you working around the limits.
Your data
The domains, questions, and results in your account belong to you. You can export them at any time, and you can ask us to delete them. We do not sell your data or use your tracked questions to train models.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep Ranked available continuously but cannot promise uninterrupted service, particularly where a third-party engine is unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email before they take effect. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and you may close your account at any time.
